Cannot be replaced for flavors and tobacco products requested by the customer and delivered permanently. Can be replaced if the product is different or incorrect from what was ordered by the customer, in its original condition at delivery, and wrapped in the original packaging, and has never been used or opened during a maximum period of only one day. Device warranty is only one day (operational warranty). If the device does not work, it will be replaced immediately for one day from the date of purchase.
