Return and replacement policy
It is not possible to exchange for flavors ordered by the customer and delivered completely.
Replacement can be made if the product is different or wrong from what was requested from the customer in the same original condition upon delivery and wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or opened within a maximum period of only one day.
Hardware warranty only one day (operational warranty) In case the device did not work, the replacement is immediately for one day from the date of purchase.
When redemption, if the error is from the site, the fees will be paid by us.
